Are you passionate about supporting the mental well-being of pupils and promoting inclusivity and diversity in an educational setting? Zest Education is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic school in North Stafford.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist teachers in the classroom as needed
– Provide 1-1 support to students when required
– Design and create engaging display aids
– Implement general behaviour management strategies
Requirements:
– Commitment to promoting the mental well-being of pupils
– Dedication to fostering inclusivity and diversity
– Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
– Prior experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
Location: Easily accessible via public transport and major road networks in North Stafford
Position Details:
– Long-term position starting immediately
– 5 days a week

Zest Education are an APSCo audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
