Join Our Team as a Teaching Assistant in Warwick!

Are you passionate about supporting students in their educational journey? Zest Education are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our lovely Primary school in Warwick. The position is available to start ASAP and will continue until the end of the academic year.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting teachers, supporting students with their learning, and creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment. This is a Monday to Friday role from 8.30am to 4pm, offering you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young learners.

1. Assisting the teacher in classroom activities
2. Helping students with their assignments and homework
3. Monitoring students during class or recess
4. Providing support to students who have special needs
5. Preparing teaching materials and resources
6. Grading student work under the direction of the teacher
7. Supervising students during tests and exams
8. Assisting with classroom management and discipline when needed
9. Communicating with parents about student progress
10. Helping to maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
