As a Teaching Assistant at this esteemed SEND school, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic and social development of students. The ideal candidate will be engaging, reliable, and skilled at building strong professional relationships with both staff and students. Working closely with the whole class, you will also have the opportunity to lead small group activities and provide 1:1 support to ensure every child reaches their full potential.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience working with secondary-aged children, particularly in KS2 and/or KS3 settings. Confidence in addressing students with varying abilities, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, are essential qualities we are looking for in potential candidates. Additionally, the ability to collaborate effectively within a team, along with up-to-date knowledge of assessment techniques, will be advantageous.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
