Teaching assistant, Lozells, Birmingham.
Zest Education is proud to be working alongside a Primary school based in the Lozells area of Birmingham that requires a full-time EYFS Teaching assistant. The role is for a September 2022 start and the candidate must hold a full UK driving license. There is a possibility that the role could become permanent if the right candidate is found.
The school can be a challenging place to work but over the past two academic years, the school has had some funding which has enabled the staff to drastically improve behaviour and their Ofsted rating. The school has a big sense of community and works hard to maintain and improve the community of which it is situated in.
As mentioned above, the successful candidate will need to be committed to their role and go above and beyond to maintain and improve their department. The candidate must also acknowledge and accept that this school works very hard and standards are high but the support that the senior leadership team offers is outstanding.
Both newly qualified and experienced teaching assistants will be considered for this role. The successful candidate will be given the full support of Zest and the school to ensure a smooth transition into their new role.
