Zest are recruiting exclusively for a fantastic teaching assistant role at an outstanding primary school in Bromsgrove. The position will be part time, working within the Year 1 class, starting in September 2023 for the full academic year.
The school is a well-regarded primary which has an excellent reputation and has strong connections with the local community. The school is overseen by a passionate Head and a dedicated team who aim to provide an inspirational and supportive environment to all pupils. The school benefits from excellent on-site facilities and has extensive outdoor grounds.
We’re looking for a versatile individual who is resourceful, hardworking, and passionate about education. The successful candidate must be able to work well within small groups and be confident working on a 1-1 basis when required. You will demonstrate a sound understanding of the national curriculum and have a passion for education. You will be able to adapt to the needs of individual children and diversify your support for individuals.
The position is 3 days per week and will be continuing for the full academic year, potentially becoming permanent for the right candidate.
