Teaching Assistant Part Time

Job Description

Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time Teaching Assistant in Burton on Trent. This role will involve a variety of tasks including day-to-day admin responsibilities, as well as providing support in both 1-1 and group work settings. The successful candidate will be working with students in Year 3 and must hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification or above, demonstrating a solid educational background.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks
– Supporting students in both 1-1 and group settings
– Collaborating with teachers to create engaging learning experiences
– Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents

Qualifications and Requirements:
– NVQ Level 3 qualification or above
– Strong educational background
– Previous experience working in a school setting is advantageous
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well within a team
