Teaching Assistant – Warwick

A friendly and supportive primary school in Warwick is looking for a full‑time Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, supporting learning across the classroom and helping pupils feel confident, engaged and ready to learn each day.

You’ll work closely with the class teacher to support whole‑class activities, small‑group work and occasional 1:1 support. The school offers a welcoming, inclusive environment where support staff are valued and encouraged to play an active role in pupils’ progress.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience working with children
• Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification preferred (not essential)
• Confident supporting pupils across different year groups
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A patient, proactive and enthusiastic approach
• Understanding of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
