Trainee Teachers Awaiting QTS – Stone

In partnership with local primary schools | Zest Education

Zest Education is proud to be working closely with a network of supportive, welcoming primary schools across Stone, and we are seeking ambitious Trainee Teachers who are currently awaiting QTS to join classrooms where you can make a real impact from day one.

The Opportunity

As a Trainee Teacher (Awaiting QTS), you’ll step into a paid role that bridges the gap between your training year and your ECT induction. You’ll gain hands-on experience in vibrant primary settings while receiving guidance from experienced staff who want to see you succeed.

 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering engaging lessons with support from class teachers
  • Leading small groups and whole-class sessions
  • Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
  • Contributing to planning, assessment, and classroom routines
  • Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families

 What We’re Looking For

  • Trainee teachers currently awaiting QTS
