Are you a passionate and enthusiastic university graduate looking for an exciting role in the education sector? Zest Education is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join us as Cover Supervisors within secondary schools across Birmingham.

At Zest Education, we are committed to providing exceptional educational support to schools and students. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of classrooms during teacher absence, whilst inspiring and motivating students to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:
– Supervise and manage classroom behaviour in the absence of the regular teacher
– Deliver pre-planned lessons and provide guidance to students
– Ensure a positive and productive learning environment is maintained
– Support students with any queries or concerns they may have
– Promote a positive attitude towards learning and academic progress

Requirements:
– Must be a university graduate
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to engage and inspire students
– Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
– Flexibility to work part-time or full-time hours
– A passion for education and helping students succeed
