About the Role
Are you a recent university graduate bursting with energy and passion for education? We work in partnership with several schools in and around Wolverhampton, many of which have a high demand for reliable, confident Cover Supervisors, with immediate opportunities available.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will:
- Deliver engaging, interactive pre‑planned lessons to classes across a range of subjects.
- Create and maintain a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and focus.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback for the classroom teacher following each lesson.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring all students remain on task and follow school expectations.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- A genuine passion for supporting the development of young people, helping them grow both academically and personally.
- A University Degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience in a classroom environment – this is desirable but not essential.
