Zest Education is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Y3 class teacher from September 2025. We are hiring for an engaging and creative individual who has a genuine passion for KS2 education. The successful candidate will be based at an ‘outstanding’ school located on the outskirts of Solihull, renowned for its exceptional academic results and supportive staff environment.
As the Y3 class teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons tailored to the KS2 curriculum, demonstrating proficiency in literacy and numeracy. Previous experience in a Y3 class is preferred, and you should possess excellent communication skills, be approachable, reliable, and a team player. This role will involve working with an energetic and enthusiastic class of 31 children, with full-time support from an experienced Teaching Assistant.
This is a full-time position for the entire academic year 2025/2026, and only candidates able to commit to the role for its entirety will be considered. Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
