Zest Education have teamed up with a wonderful primary school in Burton Upon Trent who are looking for a year 1 teacher to join them from September 2024 for at least two academic terms. This role requires the successful candidate to work 3 days across the week allowing you to achieve a desirable work life balance.
The one-form primary school has developed a friendly village-like environment with strong ties to the community, providing pupils with endless opportunities for growth. With extensive outdoor and indoor facilities, the school work hard to ensure that the students are developing in a stimulating environment. The school can offer onsite parking and is accessible by public transport meaning it is suitable for all staff and students.
To be a successful candidate you must:
- Be a qualified teacher with a QTS.
- Be dedicated, creative and adaptable.
- Have a knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Have a passion for teaching.
The school will consider Experienced and Early Career Teachers for this role.
The pay for this role will begin from £130 per day and will be based on experience and qualifications.
