We are exclusively recruiting for a Year 1 teacher to join a challenging primary school in the Castle Bromwich area from April 2022. The position will be part time (0.8 contract) to work on a job share basis until the end of the academic year.
The school is a challenging yet rewarding environment and aims to provide all pupils with a safe, secure and inspiring environment to learn. The school has recently undergone an internal restructure and the new team are continually looking to recruit individuals who can contribute to the schools growing successes.
The successful candidate must:
- Have the ability to identify and adapt your teaching for the needs of your class
- Build engaging and professional relationships
- Hold valid QTS
- Work well under pressure and thrive as part of a strong team
- Be a confident, resourceful and engaging individual
The school supports training and development for all its staff and is continually looking for strong team players to join their team. Both newly qualified teachers/early careers teacher (NQT/ECT) and experienced teachers will be equally considered for this position. There is potential for this role to be made permanent in September 2022.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
