Are you a experienced teacher looking for a brilliant opportunity in a brilliant school?
Zest Education, in partnership with a delightful school in Brownhills, is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 2/3 Teacher to join their team. This full-time position will commence in April 2024 and continue until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of an extension for the right candidate.
The school is highly regarded in Brownhills and is known for its strong connections with the local community. With its expansive grounds, the school provides a stimulating learning environment both indoors and outdoors, catering to the diverse needs of its students. The school is easily accessible by both public transport and driving, making it suitable for all candidates.
As a Year 2/3 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and educating the young minds in your class. Your responsibilities will include:
– Planning and delivering engaging and challenging lessons that align with the curriculum
– Assessing students’ progress and providing constructive feedback
– Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported
– Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience for students
– Communicating effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
– Experience working with Year 2 and/or Year 3 students
– Strong understanding of the national curriculum
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Passion for providing high-quality education and fostering a love for learning

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
