We’re recruiting for an enthusiastic, bright, and hard-working individual to work on a long-term basis at a lovely primary school in Rugeley. They are recruiting for a Year 2 Teacher to join their team from September 2022 for 1 term on a part time basis, 3 days per week. The required days are Monday to Wednesday.
The school benefits from excellent outdoor facilities and has a supportive SLT. The team here work hard to maintain a supportive and inclusive ethos across all areas of the school and put the children at the heart of what they do.
The successful candidate must be a proactive and engaging individual who has proven experience of having strong behaviour management skills and working across a range of KS1 groups. You will be required to plan and deliver high quality, creative lessons to a Year 2 class and ensure all marking is completed for the following day. Excellent organisation, good communication skills and the ability to adapt your teaching styles to best suit the needs of the children is essential.
QTS in the UK is essential.
Pay is dependent on experience: £100-£192 per day.
Both newly qualified and experienced teachers will be considered for this role.

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
