Year 2 Teacher

*Position: Year 2 Teacher*

*School Location: Rugeley*

*Start Date: After May Half Term*

Zest Education is currently seeking an experienced teacher to join a brilliant school in Rugeley. This position is available from after the May half term until the end of the school year. The school is easily accessible by both car and public transport, with a strong focus on putting children at the heart of everything they do, while also aiming to provide full support to all staff members.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Delivering lessons to a year 1 class
– Marking student work
– Collaborating with colleagues and parents
– Supporting children in their learning
– Creating a welcoming classroom environment
– Setting a high standard of behaviour in line with school policies

**Requirements:**
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Previous teaching experience
– Knowledge of the curriculum
– Understanding of safeguarding procedures
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong classroom management skills
