Zest Education is currently recruiting for a full-time Year 2 Teacher at a primary school in Atherstone. This position is scheduled to start in April 2024 and will continue until February 2025.

As a Year 2 Teacher,  you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young students. We are seeking candidates who possess a valid QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and have prior experience teaching Year 2 students.

Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of Year 2 students.
– Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior and personal growth.
– Assess student progress effectively, providing regular feedback and implementing necessary interventions.
– Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and holistic approach to education.

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
– Previous experience teaching Year 2 students is highly desirable.
– Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, parents, and colleagues.
– Ability to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
