Zest Education is currently recruiting for a passionate and committed Year 3 Class Teacher (Key Stage 2) to join a supportive and forward-thinking primary school in Kings Heath. This is a full-time, long-term teaching opportunity for the Autumn term starting. The role starts in September 2026, with the potential for a longer-term or permanent role for the right candidate.
This position is open to both Early Career Teachers (ECTs), who will benefit from strong support and guidance, as well as experienced teachers looking for a new opportunity or longer-term career progression.
We are looking for a dedicated teacher who brings creative and fun energy into the classroom, making learning engaging and accessible for all pupils. You will be enthusiastic, motivated, and committed to supporting pupils’ academic and personal development.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
