Year 3 Teacher – September 2026 Start | Balsall Heath | Full-Time

Zest Education is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Balsall Heath from September 2026. This vibrant and diverse school is celebrated for its excellent academic standards, supportive staff team and strong commitment to pupil well-being.

About the Role

As the Year 3 class teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, creative and well-structured lessons that align with the Key Stage 2 curriculum. You will work with a lively class of 30 pupils, helping them build confidence, develop key skills and foster a lasting love for learning.

You will also benefit from the support of a full-time Teaching Assistant, enabling you to focus on high-quality teaching, effective classroom management and meaningful pupil progression.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated teacher who:

  • Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
  • Demonstrates strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Is able to create an inclusive, positive and inspiring learning environment
  • Works collaboratively as part of a supportive and forward‑thinking team
