Zest Education is seeking a committed and caring Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the Bournville area after the Easter holidays. This full-time role will continue until the end of the current academic year.
This position involves teaching a challenging but rewarding Year 3 class who have experienced several changes in teaching staff throughout the year. As a result, the pupils require a teacher who can provide stability, consistency and genuine care, helping them re-engage with learning and feel secure in their classroom environment.
You will be supported by a dedicated staff team who are committed to helping the right teacher settle in quickly and make a positive impact. Your focus will be on delivering structured, engaging lessons while building trusting, supportive relationships with your pupils.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
