Full-Time | Long-Term | Start: After Easter 2026

Zest Education is supporting a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Harborne who are seeking a committed Year 3 Teacher to join their team after the Easter break on a full‑time, long‑term basis.

About the Role

As the Year 3 Class Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons that spark curiosity and build confidence
  • Support pupils through the transition into lower KS2
  • Work collaboratively with the wider KS2 team to ensure strong progression
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued
  • Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
