Zest Education are working with a popular primary school in Tamworth to recruit for a Year 3 teacher to work on a part time basis. The school are looking for a candidate that can commit to 3 days a week with some flexibility of which days you will work.

The role is due to begin in September 2022 and will continue for a minimum of 2 terms with the potential to extend for the right candidate.

The school is an outstanding primary school which have a team a dedicated teachers and staff who work hard to provide all children with essential life skills. The school also have an excellent range of interactive resources accessible to all pupils across the school.

The successful teacher must:

  • Have a solid understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
  • Be a flexible individual who can adapt teaching techniques to meet the needs of the children.
  • Have previous experience with strong academic achievement.
  • Be able to engage with a broad range of pupils.

The pay for this role is competitive.

Both newly qualified teachers (NQT’s)/Early careers teacher (ECT’s) and teachers with previous experience will be equally considered for this role.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
