Zest Education is working in partnership with a vibrant and welcoming primary school in Leicestershire to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher for a full-time role starting in September 2025.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering a well-structured and engaging curriculum to a class of Year 3 pupils. You’ll work closely with a supportive SLT and a friendly team of staff, with planning time and resources provided. The school promotes creativity, curiosity, and a nurturing environment for every child.
Responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering inspiring lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Monitoring and assessing student progress
Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support pupil development
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Recent experience teaching in KS2 (preferably Year 3)
Strong classroom management skills
A proactive, flexible, and passionate approach to education

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
