As a Year 3 Teacher at Zest Education, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate young minds in an engaging and supportive environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons and developing a curriculum that promotes a love for learning and encourages students to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
– Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of the Year 3 curriculum
– Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support where necessary
– Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning and encourages student participation
– Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to enhance teaching and learning within the school
– Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring open and effective communication

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
– Proven experience teaching Year 3 students
– A strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and the ability to deliver lessons that meet its requirements
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– A passion for education and a commitment to providing a high standard of teaching and learning
