Year 3 Teacher

Job Description

Zest Education are working closely with a Primary School in Lichfield, who are looking to appoint a Year 3 Teacher to start September 2022 for the Autumn term.

The school itself is located near the city centre of Lichfield, with good public transport links but also has a car park on site for those who choose to drive. The school aims to ensure that each child has a happy and successful time in the school and are committed to working in close partnership with parents in order to achieve this.

As a qualified Year 3 teacher you will be expected to provide lessons that excite, motivate, and challenge the children and make sure all marking is complete for the following day. The Year 3 class you will be teaching has pupils of mixed ability and it is essential that you are able to adapt your teaching styles well to ensure every child has a good understanding. You will be required to build and maintain good relationships with both staff and pupils and will be expected to do this quickly but professionally, so if you feel you meet the criteria we’d love to hear from you!

QTS in the UK is essential.

Pay is dependant on experience: £100-£192 per day.

Both newly qualified and experienced teachers will be considered for this role.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
