Job Description

Zest Education is urgently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work at a primary school academy in Tamworth.

In this role, you will be working specifically with a Year 3 class, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students. Your presence will be needed for full days Monday to Wednesday, and half days on Thursday and Friday, ensuring that you play a consistent and crucial role in the classroom.

To excel in this position, we require candidates with previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, which we can reference to ensure your suitability for the role. Ideally, you will also possess a Level 2 or above qualification in childcare, showcasing your commitment to supporting the development and well-being of children.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
