About the Role
As a Year 3 Teaching Assistant, you will support two pupils who require additional academic assistance throughout the school day. Both children are described as friendly, engaging, and eager to learn. However, they are currently working below age-related expectations and benefit from extra support to remain focused, complete tasks, and access the curriculum.
Consequently, the role will involve adapting activities, reinforcing learning objectives, and encouraging positive learning habits. In addition, you will work closely with the class teacher to ensure both pupils remain engaged and continue to make progress.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated 2:1 support for two Year 3 pupils.
- Help pupils stay focused, engaged, and on task during lessons.

- Encourage independence, confidence, and resilience.
- Work closely with the class teacher to adapt learning activities where necessary.
