Zest Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a school near Tyseley in September 2024.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the year 4 class, ensuring that every child receives the individual support they need to thrive.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting students with their learning in line with the British National Curriculum, so previous experience working with this curriculum is essential. Additionally, experience in managing behavior and creating a positive classroom environment is highly desirable.

Pay will start from £75 a day, based on experience and references.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
