Zest Education are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Year 4 Teacher for a part-time position at a lovely primary school in Burton On Trent. This position is a job share role, working 2 days a week, allowing you to find a work-life balance while still making a difference in the classroom. The school are looking for the successful candidate to start September 2023 and continue until at least the end of the academic year.

Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons according to the national curriculum
– Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
– Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
– Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience
– Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications
– Experience teaching primary school students, preferably in Year 4
– Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and teaching methods
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work collaboratively in a job share role
