Teachers also benefit from ample PPA time, ensuring they have the opportunity to plan, prepare and assess effectively while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Although the role is initially for the Autumn Term, there is excellent potential for future opportunities within the school for the right candidate.

  • Have experience teaching Key Stage 2, or demonstrate the skills and confidence to teach Year 4 successfully
  • Be consistent, dedicated and hard-working
  • Deliver creative and engaging lessons that inspire learning
  • Have high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
  • Be approachable, positive and a strong team player
  • Build effective relationships with pupils, staff and parents
  • Be committed to supporting the school’s continued improvement journey

  • An experienced and hands-on Senior Leadership Team
