Year 4 Teacher – Part-Time (3 Days/Week) – Harborne Primary School
Start Date: February 2026
Are you a passionate and creative Year 4 Teacher looking for a new opportunity in Harborne? Zest Education is seeking an experienced Primary School Teacher to join a friendly, welcoming primary school. This is a long-term, part-time role (3 days per week).
This Harborne primary school is committed to delivering an innovative and engaging curriculum that encourages students to develop confidence, resilience, and a love for learning. The school values creativity in teaching and provides teachers with the freedom to design lessons that make a real difference in pupils’ lives.
Key Responsibilities for Year 4 Teacher:
Plan and deliver creative and engaging Year 4 lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents and senior leaders.
Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver high-quality lessons.
Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with Year 4 teaching experience.
Strong understanding of the national curriculum for Key Stage 2.
Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
