Year 4 Teacher

Job Description

Zest has the privilege of working an inclusive primary school in the Coleshill area who are looking for a year 4 teacher to work on a full-time basis. The role will involve working 5 days a week from January 2023. The role will continue until the end of the academic year.

The two-form entry primary is a happy and friendly school who provide a purposeful education to all pupils from reception to year 6. The school also have a separate nursery with brilliant facilities for children from 2 years old. The school has an excellent range of facilities which allows a varied curriculum to be provided by their passionate team of staff. The school also have a strong focus on ensuring all pupils leave the school as hard working, kind individuals.

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Hold a valid QTS and have recent experience teaching the British curriculum.
  • Have strong communication skills.
  • Be confident teaching in KS2.
  • Be able to build professional relationships with staff and pupils.
  • Strive as part of an already strong team.

The role will involve working alongside the other year 4 to prepare all lessons and resources. You will also be required to complete all marking and assessment.

The pay for this role will vary from £140 to £190 a day dependent on references and experience.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
