Year 4 Teacher – Stafford

Location: Stafford, Staffordshire
Contract: 0.8 | Long Term
Start date: October half term
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)

Zest Education is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Stafford, seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their Key Stage 2 team.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to a mixed-ability Year 4 class, fostering curiosity and a love for learning. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and demonstrate excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge pupils.

  • Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

  • Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.

  • Working closely with colleagues and parents to support each child’s development.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2, preferably Year 4.

  • Demonstrates creativity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to raising standards.

  • Is adaptable, reflective, and eager to contribute to the wider school community.
