Zest Education is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Stafford, seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their Key Stage 2 team.
This Stafford-based primary school is known for its nurturing community, engaging curriculum, and commitment to supporting every child’s potential. The leadership team promotes collaboration, professional growth, and a positive environment where teachers feel valued and supported.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to a mixed-ability Year 4 class, fostering curiosity and a love for learning. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and demonstrate excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge pupils.
Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
Working closely with colleagues and parents to support each child’s development.
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2, preferably Year 4.
Demonstrates creativity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to raising standards.
Is adaptable, reflective, and eager to contribute to the wider school community.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
