Year 4 Teacher – Full Time

Zest Education are recruiting on behalf of a friendly and forward‑thinking three‑form entry primary school in Northfield, who are looking for a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join them on a full‑time basis.

This role is ideal for an experienced teacher who can hit the ground running and confidently take on full classroom responsibilities. You will be expected to plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons, to work collaboratively with the wider Year 4 team, and contribute positively to school life.

The school offers a supportive leadership team and shared planning across the year group, and a welcoming environment that values teamwork and high‑quality teaching.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have strong experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (preferably Year 4)
  • Be confident with planning and delivering all aspects of the class teacher role
  • Demonstrate excellent behaviour management and a nurturing approach
  • Create engaging, inclusive learning experiences for all pupils
  • Be reliable, organised and proactive in contributing to the year group team
