If you’re looking to make a difference, we need you. A school in Redditch have asked Zest to find an engaging and dedicated teacher to work in a year 4 class from February 2024 for a maternity cover position.
The school have been undergoing changes to the curriculum and are working hard to create the best learning environment and education for their children to elevate attainment across the school. You will be part of an experienced team who are extremely supportive to all staff within the school and should be dedicated to helping them to continue this journey.
The school are open to applicants from both ECTs and more experienced teachers. You should have a passion for teaching and believe in sharing best practices to inspire and motivate others. You must hold a valid UK QTS and want to be part of a developing team that works together to strive. You will have a part-time teaching assistant in the class who you will be expected to deploy effectively.
Pay is dependent on references and experience.

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
