Here at Zest Education, we are proud to be working with a school on the outskirts of Erdington who are looking for a KS2 teacher to join their team on a full time basis in the new academic year.
School Overview:
– Located on the outskirts of Erdington, our primary school is focused on providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all students.
– The school pride themselves on commitment to holistic education, supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
– The school also highly values collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement in teaching practices.
Role and Responsibilities:
– Teaching across Year 4.
– working on a full-time basis with opportunities for professional development and growth.
– Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
– Utilize PPA time effectively for lesson planning and assessment.
– Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a stimulating learning environment.
– Provide feedback to students to support their progress and development.
– Engage with parents and caregivers to ensure a holistic approach to student well-being.
The school are advising both ECT’s and experienced teacher to apply for this role. The school will also be able to support the successful ECT through their ECT terms.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
