Zest Education is working closely with a reputable primary school in Lichfield who are currently seeking a talented teacher to join their team on a job share basis for the remainder of this academic year. This role will require the candidate to work for 3 days a week from Monday to Wednesday.

Responsibilities:
As a Year 4 teacher, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing lessons that align with the national curriculum. Collaborating with the job share partner, you will ensure a smooth transition between lessons and maintain consistent communication to ensure a cohesive teaching approach. Additionally, you will provide a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere, catering to the individual needs of each student.

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably within Year 4
– Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work collaboratively as part of a job share arrangement
