We are recruiting for a Year 5 teacher to join a challenging school in Sheldon, Birmingham to start after Easter half term. The position will be long-term covering until the end of the academic year, it is a full-time position and planning will be provided for the duration.
The successful candidate must:
- Hold valid QTS
- Be consistent in maintaining positive behaviour for learning
- Demonstrate a sound knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
- Be an approachable, reliable, and resourceful individual
- Have a strong work ethic and team player attitude
This busy primary school is a 3-form entry which promotes a love of learning by providing a stimulating environment to learn. The team here work hard to embrace change and maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning.
Both newly qualified teacher/early careers teacher (NQT/ECT) and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply. There is potential for a permanent role to be available for the right candidate from September 2022.
