Zest Education is delighted to partner with a wonderful school in Lichfield that is seeking a dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join their team. This part-time position is available from March 2024 until at least July 2024, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate. The role requires the candidate to work 3 days a week from Monday to Wednesday.

As a Year 5 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping young minds and creating a positive learning experience. Your responsibilities will include developing engaging lesson plans, delivering effective instruction, and assessing student progress. You will work closely with the school’s leadership team and parents to ensure each child’s individual needs are met.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Year 5 curriculum and have experience in delivering high-quality education. You should be passionate about creating a nurturing environment where students feel valued and supported. Collaboration and effective communication skills are essential in working with colleagues, parents, and students.

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
– Experience teaching Year 5 students
– Knowledge of the national curriculum
– Strong classroom management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
