Zest Education is recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Balsall Heath, Birmingham, starting as soon as possible. This is a full‑time teaching role, open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as more experienced Key Stage 2 teachers.

About the Role

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds QTS (or is eligible to complete ECT induction)
  • Confident teaching Key Stage 2 / Year 5
  • Positive, adaptable and resilient
  • Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
  • Committed to safeguarding, inclusion and equality
  • Passionate about raising achievement and supporting pupils in high‑needs settings
