Zest is working together with a ‘good’ rated primary school in the Lichfield region that is looking for a committed year 6 teacher for an ongoing maternity cover post beginning in September 2024. The successful candidate will work five days a week in this position and be expected to have knowledge of and experience dealing with students who are scheduled to complete their SATs.

The Lichfield-area primary school has worked hard to develop a culture where each student leaves the school enjoying learning through their unique and exciting curriculum. The school believes that cooperation and teamwork are essential to ensuring that every student has the greatest possible environment in which to grow and develop.

To be successful in this role you must:

  • Have a qualified teacher status (PGCE or QTS)
  • Have experience with working with SAT’S.
  • Be eager, passionate, and caring towards students.
  • Be creative and forward thinking to follow the school’s curriculum.
  • Have the ability to be organise, plan and mark lessons.
