Full-Time Year 6 Teacher – Sparkhill

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Zest Education is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Sparkhill, Birmingham, to recruit a full-time Year 6 Teacher for the 2025/26 academic year.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and committed teacher who is ready to take on the exciting challenges of teaching in a Year 6 classroom. The successful candidate will join a supportive team and play a vital role in preparing pupils for their transition to secondary school.
The ideal candidate will:
Be a qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Have a strong understanding of the Year 6 curriculum, with solid experience of preparing pupils for SATs
Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
Be confident in planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to meet a range of learning needs
Be enthusiastic, resilient, and committed to making a positive impact on pupils’ progress and well-being

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
