You will be leading a Year 6 class with a wide range of needs, requiring a strong, consistent presence and the ability to foster high expectations, positive relationships, and a structured learning environment. The ideal candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience teaching in Upper Key Stage 2, preferably Year 6
Be confident managing behaviour and engaging a diverse class
Have a good understanding of KS2 SATs preparation and curriculum
Be reflective, adaptable, and committed to raising standards for all learners
