Zest Education is recruiting for a committed and resilient Year 6 Teacher to work full-time at a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Northfield area. This long-term opportunity is ideal for an experienced Key Stage 2 teacher or a confident ECT ready to take on a challenging yet highly rewarding role.

About the Role:

You will be leading a Year 6 class with a wide range of needs, requiring a strong, consistent presence and the ability to foster high expectations, positive relationships, and a structured learning environment. This is a challenging class, so behaviour management, adaptability, and a firm but nurturing approach are essential.

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Have experience teaching in Upper Key Stage 2, preferably Year 6

  • Have a good understanding of KS2 SATs preparation and curriculum

  • Be reflective, adaptable, and committed to raising standards for all learners
