As a key member of the team, you’ll engage with students who have diverse learning difficulties, helping them flourish with the use of the school’s wide range of unique facilities.
Your prior experience with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and your understanding of effective communication strategies will be instrumental in creating an inclusive and nurturing environment. This full-time teaching assistant role offers Monday to Friday consistency, working alongside experienced teachers and peers to provide tailored 1:1 and small group assistance. This full-time role is set to start as soon as possible for the right candidate, with the potential to secure a permanent role.
The ideal candidate:
-Will have experience working alongside individuals with Special educational needs and disabilities.
-Will have strong communication skills and be highly creative when overcoming barriers to learning.
-Will be flexible and adaptable to work across all age groups.
