Zest Education is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated, and experienced Learning Support Assistant to work full-time at a challenging SEN school in Warwick starting as soon as possible for the right candidate to cover at least until the end of the academic year.
This mixed-age school caters to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH) and is continually working to improve the school for both staff and pupils, ensuring that its curriculum is engaging and inclusive so that all children, no matter their needs and abilities, can succeed.
The role:
-To provide one-to-one support to learners with learning difficulties and/ or learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.
-To take a patient, caring, compassionate, and nurturing approach.
-To Build trusting relationships with the children helping them manage the learning challenges they may face.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
