Zest Education is recruiting dedicated individuals to join our team of teaching assistants and learning support staff in Staffordshire. With a strong presence in the region, we are working with more primary schools than ever before, including in areas such as Lichfield, Burntwood, Tamworth, Cannock, Rugeley, and Burton.

We have a range of positions available, offering flexible working arrangements to suit your needs. Whether you prefer full-time or part-time work, or if you are looking for day-to-day, short-term, or long-term assignments, we have opportunities for you.

As a teaching assistant or learning support staff member, you will have the chance to work across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, supporting students in their academic and personal development. Your role will involve assisting teachers in the delivery of lessons, providing one-on-one support to students, and creating a positive learning environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners. Additionally, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements:
– Relevant experience working with primary school-aged children
– A level 2 or above in Childcare (desirable but not essential)
– Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
