We are seeking a passionate and dedicated art teacher to join the Art Department at a secondary school in Shirley that we closely work with. This is a full-time role, working with students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. As part of this role, you will be expected to undertake marking and planning.
The position will commence in January 2024 and continue until July 2024. The rate of pay will vary depending on experience, ranging from £153 to £211 per day.
As an art teacher at the school, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate young minds, fostering their creativity and helping them develop their artistic skills. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about their subject, has excellent communication skills, and can create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
To be considered for this role, you will need relevant qualifications and experience in teaching art at the secondary level. You should be able to demonstrate strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management, and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners.
