Teacher – Halesowen

Job Description

Are you a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity? Zest Education is currently recruiting for a school in Halesowen for a full-time Teaching position starting in February, focusing on teaching children between the ages of 4 and 11 with moderate learning difficulties (MLD).

As a SEND Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for our students. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of each student. Some planning will be required to ensure effective lesson delivery and to support the progress of your students.

The school offers a supportive and friendly atmosphere, with great behaviour management and small class sizes, allowing you to truly make a difference in the lives of the students you teach. Furthermore, dedicated PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time will be provided to ensure you have the necessary time to plan and assess student progress effectively.

To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for working with children with MLD and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience in teaching SEND students is highly desirable, but we welcome applications from newly qualified teachers who have a genuine interest in this area of education.

Zest Education is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for both our staff and students. We offer competitive remuneration packages and opportunities for professional development.
