Zest Education is currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant position in a school located in Dorridge. This is a full-time role, offering an immediate start for the successful candidate. The primary focus of the role will be to provide support to children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, aged between 4-11.
Key responsibilities of the role include assisting in the implementation of individualized learning plans for students, providing one-on-one support during classroom activities, and facilitating social interactions and emotional well-being. The ability to drive is a prerequisite for this position, as occasional transportation may be required.
Working at this school offers a lovely atmosphere, with a supportive team that is dedicated to the success and development of its students. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with children with special educational needs.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
