Job Description

Zest Education is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Business Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Moseley, Birmingham. The role will start in September 2024 on a part time basis (0.6), this will continue for a minimum of one term.

The successful candidate will possess strong subject knowledge in Business Studies, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must be enthusiastic about teaching and have a proven track record of delivering engaging lessons that stimulate student interest and foster academic growth.

This position will offer the opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative faculty, alongside a team of experienced educators who are dedicated to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning. Key Responsibilities:
– Delivering high-quality Business Studies lessons to students in accordance with the curriculum
– Planning and preparing well-structured and engaging lessons that cater to different learning styles
– Creating and maintaining a positive classroom environment conducive to effective teaching and learning
– Collaborating with colleagues to develop and share best teaching practices

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
– Proven experience teaching Business Studies in a secondary school setting
– Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the UK curriculum
– Ability to engage and inspire students, promoting a love for learning
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
